Prerequisites
Payouts require an authenticated merchant dashboard user, sufficient settled available balance, and an eligible destination. The minimum gross request is$10.00. These are first-party dashboard operations authenticated by a Clerk
session. They are not API-key endpoints for unattended merchant servers.
Fees and quote
Create a short-lived quote before requesting a payout. The quote shows the gross amount, a 0% transaction fee, a 4% payout fee rounded to the nearest cent, a fixed$2.00 Ethereum/ERC20 network fee, and the net USDT amount.
Skinloop uses a fixed accounting conversion of $1.00 USD = 1.00 USDT; it does
not fetch or apply a market exchange rate.
The amount entered is the gross USD amount deducted from the merchant’s
available balance. For a $30.00 request, the 4% fee is $1.20, the fixed
network fee is $2.00, and the merchant receives exactly 26.80 USDT.
Consuming the quote within five minutes locks the gross amount, fees,
destination, and exact USDT amount.
Manual review
An accepted payout remains fixed during manual review. An administrator reviews the merchant, balance, transaction history, destination, and payout request, then sends the exact quoted USDT amount and records approval. The administrator cannot change the gross amount, fees, destination, or USDT amount on that request. Skinloop carries any USDT/USD price movement and actual network-cost difference after the quote is accepted. Even if review is delayed, the merchant receives the locked USDT amount. A rejected or cancelled payout returns the reserved gross USD amount to the merchant’s available balance; changing any quoted term requires a new quote.Eligibility and result
CS2 funds are payout-eligible only after verified provider completion following the Steam hold (up to eight days). Rust is eligible after verified provider completion, without a standard hold. There is no independent application timer. Every request is reviewed before processing and can berequested,
under_review, approved, rejected, processing, completed, failed, or
cancelled.
Next: request a quote in the dashboard, confirm its destination and fees,
then submit it once with an idempotency key. For help, contact
